Who is responsible
CrossCulture Community Foundation (CCF) operates this website. CrossCulture Community Korea (CC Korea) is a legally independent organization. Pages involving giving or organizational membership identify the responsible organization.
Information connected with a visit
You may read the public website without creating an account or submitting a website form. Cloudflare provides hosting and security and may process limited technical information such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. Google Analytics also measures website use and may set or read cookies or similar identifiers. CCF uses this technical information to deliver, protect, and improve the website. Form contents, email addresses, names, and telephone numbers are not sent to Google Analytics.
CC Korea organizational-membership applications
The membership application is for CrossCulture Community Korea, not CCF or Seoul Bible Museum membership. Formspree transmits the information submitted through the form to authorized CC Korea administrators. An application remains pending until it is reviewed; submitting the form does not create automatic membership. CCF does not send the contents of an application to Google Analytics.
Contact forms and email
Formspree transmits the name, email address, topic, and message you submit through the contact form to CCF. CCF uses that information to respond, keep appropriate records, and follow up on the subject of the inquiry. If you email CCF directly, we receive the information you choose to send for the same purposes. CCF does not send contact-form or email contents to Google Analytics.
Giving information
Online donations are processed on Zeffy’s website under its own privacy practices. Bank transfers are processed by the participating banks. CCF or CC Korea may receive transaction and contact information needed to record a gift, issue an available receipt, answer questions, and meet legal or accounting responsibilities.
Use, sharing, and retention
CCF does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be handled by service providers supporting website delivery, email, security, analytics, or donations, and may be disclosed when required by law. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was received and for applicable legal, accounting, or safeguarding responsibilities.
Your questions and requests
You may ask what information CCF holds about you or request a correction or deletion, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements. Email billmajors@crossculture-community.com.
